Popular Asheville, NC destinations such as the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District are easily accessible via I-26. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Weaverville and is approximately 14 minutes from downtown Asheville, 2,268ft above sea level.

• This property is dog-friendly, allowing up to one dog per reservation.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
