– Take a dip in our refreshing outdoor saltwater pool. Please note the pool is not heated, offering a refreshing escape during warmer months. The pool cleaner comes on Friday mornings.
– Unwind in the inviting saltwater jacuzzi, soothing your body and mind while surrounded by stunning desert and mountain views. The spa is pre-heated and ready for you at no extra charge.
– Experience a cold plunge cold-water-only outdoor shower after the spa or a day of exploration

– Primary bedroom has large closet and private bath

Kitchen:

– Eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaners/products used. No outside products to be used due to chemical-sensitivities.

Guests have access to the entire property except for a locked closet and shed.

Please follow all rules and regulations when checking in, including the pool/spa and general house rules.

– all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and send a copy of the front and back of their ID prior to checking in.

– No smoking/vaping in the house or on the property.

– There are security cameras in the front and side entrance of the house. There are NO cameras inside the home.

– Noise detectors are located outdoors.

– Quiet hours are between 8 PM and 8 AM. However, we respect our neighbors and ask that you do the same.

Additional pool cleanings can be requested during your stay. There will be an additional fee.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
