You’ll love the way this three-level home was built for entertaining. Favorite group features include three separate living areas, six TVs so everyone can watch what they want to, and a bath with a shower for every bedroom. Warm up by the gas fire with a stone hearth in the main level. For hours of fun, escape to the recreation room, where you can enjoy the pool table and ping-pong tables with the garage doors open to the driveway. Plus, there’s a basketball hoop! To keep the kids busy, there’s also a PacMan/Galaga game, a SuperChexx bubble hockey game, and a Pop-A-Shot basketball game.

• During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay.
• Travel Insurance is Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider CSA Travel Insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.

• Noise Ordinance and Property Boundaries: The Lodge at French Broad is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. In addition, please be mindful when exploring the grounds to not cross into neighborhood properties during your visit with us.
