Located in the Piney Mountain cabin community, Adventure of a Lifetime is easily accessible from Interstate I-26 near Saluda, NC, and is surrounded by a 12,000 acre tract of land preserved through a conservancy easement and the North Carolina Wildlife Commission. An access point for Cove Creek and the trail to Little Bradley Falls is located just down the road on the way to the charming railroad town of Saluda. The neighborhood roads are perfect for a walk right out your front door. Wildlife sightings are common here, including deer, bear, turkeys, and hawks. After a day spent exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains and the nearby city of Asheville, take advantage of the mountain weather by stargazing, or grilling on the wrap-around deck.

Stop in the Historic Thompson’s Store, the “oldest grocery store in North Carolina.” For a fun day trip or an evening out, check out shows at the Flat Rock Playhouse, just 28 minutes away, or take nearby I-26 to Asheville where popular attractions such as the Biltmore Estate (51 min), nightlife, gorgeous architecture, and numerous delicious restaurants and breweries await your discovery. Adventure of a Lifetime is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
