Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath mountain vacation home is the perfect combination of private seclusion & proximity to popular area attractions. Close to Bryson City, NOC, Tail of the Dragon, Smoky Mtn Nat’l Park, & 2 lakes. You’ll be in the center of the action while having 3.3 acres of private mountain property to yourself! Azure Heights offers panoramic views, a 7 seater hot tub, outdoor seating, grill, & firepit with picnic table, 2 King Suites, bunk room, & a full kitchen. Perfect mountain vacation!

The space

As a mom of 4 & avid traveler, I decided that I wanted to offer to my guests what I look for in a home which is the perfect combination of that cozy “home” feeling, and the hospitality you’re used to when vacationing. We don’t ask you to do our laundry or clean the house while staying at our home. Just like a hotel, our staff will take care of the cleaning for you upon check out so you can just focus on getting everyone out the door.

North Carolina Cabin Rental

Azure Heights has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and each with stunning mountain views. The main level King bedroom has a comfortable King bed with a rocking chair, large TV & attached full bathroom. Upstairs, the second King bedroom has a smart TV, large walk-in closet with a portable crib and twin size floor mat for the little ones if needed. Attached is a full bathroom. Across the hall you’ll find the bunk room with one twin bunk bed, one single bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa. A large mounted smart TV with a DVD/VHS player and Super Nintendo with hundreds of preloaded games offers some nostalgic entertainment!

The walk in closet is in the attached half bath (which also connects to the full bath via Jack n Jill doors) and contains toys & books for the little ones. On the main level is a comfortable family room with large TV and connected dining room that seats 6 + 2 more at the bar. Our fully stocked kitchen ensures that you’ll be able to cook as much as you like while staying at Azure Heights. We also provide a washer/dryer with all the necessities for your stay.

Robbinsville NC Cabin Rentals

Step out to the front porch to have your breath taken away with the panoramic mountain views. Enjoy a cup of coffee on a rocking chair or while seated at the bistro table as you watch the early morning mist enveloping the Smoky Mountains. To the right you can step down onto the hot tub deck, lounge on one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs by the firepit, or prepare dinner on our charcoal grill and enjoy it at the picnic table, always blessed by the stunning views no matter where you stand on our property. Azure Heights backs up to forest and sits well above any other homes in this small, mountain community, offering complete privacy and somewhat of a feeling of being “on top of the world.”

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the home and 3.37 acres of Azure Heights property with the exception of one locked hall closet. Most of our acreage extends directly behind the home up the mountain, so explorers would be doing so at their own risk & should be experienced hikers/back country navigators. Our property directly connects to USFS land so heading directly up the mountain behind our property would not be trespassing on any private property. Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety while hiking at Azure Heights and should inform hosts of plans to backcountry hike so we can provide them with the survey showing land boundaries. There are no outlined hiking trails, so this would be raw hiking.

Other things to note

**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WINTER BOOKINGS:
The road leading to Azure Heights is quite steep and if snow/ice is present, will be inaccessible by most vehicles. While this isn’t very common in our winters here, it can happen. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing trip insurance for our winter guests if this possible hiking situation would not be a possibility for your group.**

For all other times of year:
Azure Heights is a mountain home and as such, the roads will reflect that. While paved, there are sections which are quite steep (mostly the last couple hundred yards). We HIGHLY recommend 4 wheel or AWD to access our property. Guests should be prepared for the roads & understand how to drive on mountain roads. Refunds will not be given for guests who arrive & refuse to continue onto the property. We will happily send a video & pictures showing the full drive up upon booking while you’re still in your free cancellation period. We have had sports cars and motorcycles up at the property, this decision must be made according to the driver’s best judgement and at their own risk.
