The Layout:

Upper Level:
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two cozy loungers and a 55” tv

Kitchen: sunbathed and loaded with everything needed for mom to make a thanksgiving dinner. We are cooks ourselves, so this kitchen has what you need to make a great meal. Just bring your ingredients.

Coffee Bar: one of our favs…fresh organic beans, a grinder and hot water kettle are supplied for the following methods: grind-n-brew, pour over, French press. Other options: Starbucks k-cups, teas, hot chocolate, sugar and half-n-half. Did we miss anything?
Outside upper deck overlooking the lake and property with a huge 10-person dining table, propane BBQ, loungers and bar stools

PA Cabin Rentals

The Community and its Amenities:
-The community has two lakes, multiple swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, mini golf and more. Our lake can be used for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch and release fishing and ice skating.
-Please note, our lake cannot be used for swimming. You can go to the main beach area at the other lake for swimming.
-The Pools are open daily from mid-June to Labor Day. The house is located within a 5-minute drive to the new K Pool built in 2022. Splash pad for the little ones and a large pool for the family to enjoy. There is also a bathhouse, tennis and basket courts and a playground.

*Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Badges can be purchased at the Main Administration Building during your stay for $12/person per day. For stays of 5-7 days we will provide a $200 credit for purchase of badges and for stays of 2-4 days we will provide a $120 credit. You must provide a receipt for your purchases in order to receive any credits back.

*We make no guarantees that community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures for any circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, staffing, etc.

Community Requirement:
Per HOA and town code the following is required for all reservations:

All guests (adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver’s license in order to access the community.

We will send you an email to complete electronically a rental agreement, provide a copy of an ID, and fill out the community registration form.
Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.

Lakefront Pennsylvania Cabin Rentals

Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Other things to note:
*You must be at least 28 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period.

*We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 28, proms, party’s or 3rd party reservations.

* If you have declined Airbnb’s travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.

*No more than 5 cars allowed per reservation
