You’ll also discover a wide array of nearby outdoor activities to enhance your vacation, including whitewater rafting, zip lining, fly fishing, and horseback riding. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Leicester and is approximately 25-30 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,440ft above sea level.

Important Property Notes
• The owner of Pond Cove Cabin lives nearby and occasionally visits the property to maintain the pond and land. The owner is very respectful of guest privacy.
• During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay.
• This property is pet friendly with restrictions, allowing one dog weighing 35 lbs. or less, or two dogs with a combined weight of 35 lbs. or less.
• Limited Internet Access Available
