THE SPACE
Sunset Dreams is located on a paved road for easy access. The cabin feels tucked
away but is only a quick 15 minute
drive to the best shopping and dining spots in historic downtown Blue Ridge. Spend your days apple picking at Mercier
Orchards, swimming and fishing in the Toccoa River, or take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. If you have your
sights set on an outdoor adventure, there are over 430 miles of trails to explore and a beautiful waterfall in the nearby
Chattahoochee National Forest.

Mineral Bluff cabin rental

Sunset Dreams Cabin is a wonderful retreat for families, couples, and
friends! Each level offers a private living space
allowing guests to choose to spend time together or retreat to their own private area.
Sleeping
arrangements: The first level of the cabin has a master suite with a king size bed and ensuite. The second
bedroom on that level has 2 queen beds and Jack and Jill style bathroom that is also accessible from the living space. The
bottom level boasts an impressive game room, laundry room, bedroom, bathroom and private deck. Additionally, the
bottom living area has a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress making it easy to sleep (6) guests on the
main level and (4) guests on the lower level.

Cabin rental in Georgia w/ great Mountain Views

The main level boasts a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, exquisite furnishings, gas fireplace, 55” smart TV, 8 person dining table, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, two person dine-in island, perfect for entertaining!

The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances. Inside the kitchen, you will find an electric cook top + over, French door refrigerator + freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, 12-cup drip coffee maker, electric hand mixer, and crock pot) and all the tools needed to cook just about any meal including silverware, plates, and glassware and wine glasses for (10), measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, cooking utensils, potato peeler, pizza cutter, rolling pin, cheese grater, knife set, cutting boards, colander, mixing bowls, wine key with bottle opener, various baking sheets, pots and pans, can opener, meat thermometer, BBQ tools, cleaning supplies, citrus zester, and spices.

On the main level you will also find 2 bedrooms, a master suite with a king size memory foam mattress and ensuite bathroom. The primary master bedroom has a 55” smart TV. For your convenience you will find a Graco pack and play, dresser, bench, and hair dryer in bathroom. The second bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and Jack and Jill style bathroom that is also accessible from the living space. It also has a hair dryer located in the bathroom and a luggage rack in the room.
Just off the living area is the main level deck and outdoor living space with a stunning long range mountain view, seating for everyone, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and hot tub. Blissfully sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening as you unwind from a day full of adventure.

North GA cabin rental

Feast your eyes on the grass wall as you head down to the lower level which offers a second living space with contemporary furnishings, queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress, and game room. Here you’ll find all the modern amenities you need to make your trip unforgettable including a regulation sized foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, multi-game arcade and a 75” smart TV. There is also an assortment of puzzles and games to make it a true family game night.

On the lower level you will also find a bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite Jack and Jill style bathroom that is also accessible from the living space. The laundry room has a new washer & dryer. You will also find an iron & ironing board here.

Just outside the lower living space is another outdoor living area. Relax in privacy with a glass of wine while you look out into the surrounding wooded area, gaze up at the stars, or enjoy the sunset.

Guest access

The main road leading up to the cabin is fully paved with minimal elevation change and can be accessed easily with almost any vehicle.
***Please be aware that in months Nov-April, there are high chances of ice and snow. In the event this happens the roads up the mountain to and from the cabin can be icy. Please monitor weather. Refunds are not given due to weather conditions as we have no control over it. We highly encourage purchasing travelers insurance***
Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the (1) locked owner’s closets.
key-less entry code will be provided prior to arriving at the cabin.

Other things to note

The hosts wish to maintain the quality and integrity of the property by offering a smoke-free environment. Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25.
Dogs are welcome but please be aware there is no fenced in area and the backyard area is very steep.
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, however, there is no one living on the property 24/7.

Please note that upon booking Sunset Dreams Cabin, a rental agreement and security deposit hold request in the amount of $300 will be sent through messaging. The security deposit is a hold and not a charge. It will only be charged in the event damage was caused to the cabin.

We welcome families with children of all ages; however, this cabin is NOT childproof. There are (2) fireplaces, a hot tub, stairs, balconies, and other common features/amenities that could be potentially dangerous. The area behind the cabin also has a steep decline. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES and should NEVER be left unattended (without adult supervision) inside OR outside of the cabin.

Cabin rental in Georgia

Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at a local grocery store or convenience store. If you find that firewood was left from a previous guest you may use it. Please discard the burnt wood in the metal tins provided.

Sunset Dreams Cabin is located in Mineral Bluff, North Georgia. Though we do our best to manage the controllable aspects of our property there are certain elements that are common in our environment that are out of our control. We graciously ask that you embrace the occasional quirks of mountain living while staying with us. Those quirks include bugs that may get in if windows or doors are left open. We are surrounded by trees after all. The area is known for scorpions, spiders, ants, bees, and mosquitoes.
