Ark on Lake Lanier is the premier destination in northeast Georgia for family reunions, corporate retreats and other getaways. It has fourteen bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, sleeping forty-five guests over 12,000 square feet. The Ark offers a spacious, relaxing experience for all of your guests with property wide Wi-Fi. There’s a hot tub, pool, full size lighted volleyball court, home theater, huge fire pit, billiards, table tennis, large covered porch for groups. All with a gorgeous view of the lake. There’s also a double dock to fit your boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddle boards, and plenty of parking for your vehicles. With 12,000 square feet inside and 5 acres outside there is plenty of room for your retreat or vacation.

Lake Lanier Vacation Rental

With 14 bedrooms, including 8 king, 3 queen, 1 full and 15 twin beds, the Ark has room for up to 10 different families. Our amenities include a hot tub, pool, boats, jet skis, billiards, theater room, firepit, lighted volleyball court and more! Minutes away from Historic downtown Gainesville and close to wineries, hiking, golf, marinas, fishing and more!If you are looking to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms for couples, you can sleep up to ten couples including the cabins and every couple will have a king or queen bed and their own bathroom.

Many of the bedrooms have been designed for families with bunk rooms or twin beds just outside the master bedrooms that would share a bathroom between the two rooms. See floorplans below for more details. For children, we have two pack-n-play cribs (bring your own sheets), one high chair, and one booster seat available for use.

You can have the best of both worlds with only an hour drive to Atlanta to explore the big city life. The Ark on Lake Lanier is a family-owned business and ministry that began operating as a vacation rental in June 2013. The Hylton family lived here for six years with farm animals and four wheelers before realizing it’s greater purpose: this is a ministry house meant for more than just a family of five. There’s a higher calling to the property.

The space

This is a place of peace and relaxation unlike any other. You can gather with your friends and family or go get time alone fishing, kayaking. Hang out in the pool house, theater, or one of the secluded cabins. Groups are welcome.

When you come to the Ark, you get access to the entire facility. We don’t rent rooms or cabins separately. We only rent the entire 14 bedroom 12 bathroom estate to one group at a time.
