LOCATION! My Blue Heaven is a private mountain home nestled in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Renovated in 2020. This private spacious home has three levels of living space spread across 2400 sq. ft w/ long range mountain views facing west to the Cohutta’s (pretty sunsets), over 1000 sq ft decks & pergola, outdoor fireplace & firepit, hot tub & furnishings throughout. Home’s a short 12-15 min drive to downtown Blue Ridge, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, shopping, orchards & more. Elevation is 2000 ft

LOCATION!! LOCATION!!This popular vacation rental has rustic farmhouse style. Upon pulling into the driveway you will see a welcoming wrap around farmers style porch complete with rocking chairs at the front entrance! There are two motion activated cameras facing the driveway and front door for your security. These are also attached to motion sense lights so upon arriving at night the area is well lit. The parking pad overlooks the mountain views and just below the driveway lined split rail fence is a new firepit with Adirondack chairs. From there you can see the decks that lead to a pergola and the private wooded backyard.

The front door has a smart lock which you will receive a unique code to access the property. This same code also allows you to use the alarm system for both when you are there and when you are away. The front door opens to an updated farmhouse style kitchen with coffee and wine bar! A large round table with six chairs and an eat up counter bar with 4 barstools. The family room has seating for 4 and a gas fireplace with 55″ flat screen TV mounted above it. A door from the family room leads to the deck that wraps around the entire home.

Main floor bedroom: located off the family room this bedroom has double French doors leading to the decks and outdoor fireplace. A furnished room with queen size bed, rustic linen style blackout drapery, tall dresser and night stand are finished off with a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. Off the bedroom is a connecting bathroom and walk in closet. The bathroom has a shower, dual sink vanity and ironing board and extra blankets.

North Georgia cabin rental

Top floor: Leading upstairs to the master loft and bedroom is a large seating area with oversized chairs, 55″ flat screen TV with DVD player, playstation 4, a desk for working and high speed internet. The bedroom has double wide doors opening up to a king size bed, dresser and nightstand. There another flat screen wall mounted smart TV. This room has blackout window treatments. The bathroom attached has a dual head walk in shower with frameless glass doors. Each bathroom has organic shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided and two guest bathrobes. There is also a dual sink vanity and extra large walk in closet.

Terrace Level: leading downstairs where the ceilings are 10 feet tall and plenty of natural light overlooking the backyard and pergola you will find two sofas (NO sleeper) across from a stone fireplace. The fireplace is electric. Available year round by remote to control temperature and ambiance light. Above this is a 65″ smart TV. Also on this level is a full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, pool table with cues and chalk, two live edge bar top counters with industrial stools (seating for 10) and a bedroom.

Pet Friendly North Georgia Cabin Rental

The bedroom has blackout shades, walk in closet, flat screen TV, dresser and a full size over queen size bunk bed. The floors on this level are complete with area rugs. Off the terrace level is French doors leading to a hot tub set privately under the stars! There is also access to the outdoor firepit, pergola and stairs to level above. Note: the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 250#

This home has a commercial water filtration system providing the purest clean mountain water for both drinking and bathing. We are on a community well water. There is a new alarm system which includes monitored smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout with fire extinguishers on the walls. Flashlights and candles in case of power loss plus comprehensive home manual with details of the home for your stay, safety and comfort.

NOTE: checkout time is 10:00am so to allow house keepers to perform deep cleaning per the AirBnB guidelines. We can accommodate max 6 adults and up to 8 people with children.

Guest access

The entire house is accessible except for 3 locked storage closets.

Other things to note

Fireplaces outside are wood burning year round (follow burn laws). Indoor gas fireplace in kitchen is controlled by a wall remote year round. Terrace level electric fireplace is available year round and controlled by remote for ease of use.
