Three spacious covered decks offer incredible views of the Smoky Mountains and Downtown Gatlinburg. Each deck is furnished with comfortable seating, and one even features a fire table for evening relaxation under the stars. The lower deck also includes a private hot tub that fits five guests — perfect for soaking after a long day of hiking or exploring.

For your entertainment, the cabin features a pool table in the loft area, and the lower-level game room is packed with fun: a two-player arcade machine, shuffleboard, air hockey, a Smart TV, and a wide selection of games and books. There’s something for everyone here, from family game nights to winding down with a good read.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for both families and groups. There are two king master en suites, each with private bathrooms, Smart TVs, white noise machines, USB ports, and wireless chargers for iPhones, Apple Watches, and AirPods. A third en suite bedroom features two queen beds and the same thoughtful amenities. Additionally, there’s a queen pull-out sofa bed and two half bathrooms for added convenience.

Practical features include a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and a starter pack of essentials like laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We also provide shampoo, toiletries, and a few surprises to make you feel at home. The driveway is fully paved with parking available for 3–4 vehicles directly in front of the cabin.

You’ll also enjoy access to three seasonal community pools (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), and year-round access to tennis and pickleball courts — we even provide four racquets and balls. Please note this is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and strictly pet-free property due to severe allergies in the family. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants. The cabin is secured with front-facing security cameras for your safety — tampering with these will result in immediate removal from the property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are not permitted and are subject to a $100/hour fee.

While snow is rare, winter travel may require 4WD or AWD. Cell service can be limited in the mountains, so we recommend downloading your maps offline ahead of time. And remember: you’re in bear country! Follow BearWise guidelines by keeping car doors locked, not leaving food in your vehicle, and avoiding outdoor food or drink on the decks.
