Welcome to Southern Orchard House by Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging! All paved roads lead to this 6,000+ square foot authentic log cabin, on 15+ acres with local residents of Deer, Turkey, Guinea Fowl, and more, roaming the pasture, orchard, and private creek.

This full-service vacation rental is meticulously outfitted in modern farmhouse décor. The open floor plan and wrap around deck are perfect for any type of gathering, inside and out. There are multiple places for spending time together or spreading out for some quiet time.

Main level:
1 King bedroom with en-suite bath, stone shower with double shower heads, double vanity, and jetted tub.

Upper level:
2 extremely large King bedrooms with a shared full bath (tub/shower combo). Each upstairs King bedroom has a vanity area with makeup mirror and hair dryer.

Lower Level:
3 bedrooms: 1 King with en-suite bath, 1 bunk room with 4 Queen beds and another bunk room with 2 Queen beds. Bunk rooms have a shared bath with large shower, double sinks, vanity area, and separate private toilet room.

There are so many things to do in the Blue Ridge area and Drift Away Luxury Lodging is located in the heart of it all! From golfing, boating, biking, white water rafting, zip lining, river tubing, trout fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, paintball, and tank driving (you can even crush a car!)… to boutique/antique shopping, scenic train rides, amazing wineries, breweries, and cocktail bars, U-Pick fruit farms, and fabulous restaurants, there is absolutely something for everyone in the mountains of Blue Ridge, GA.*** PRICING DETAILS ***
The standard nightly rate is for up to 8 guests. Each additional guest, age 3 and up, is a small nightly fee. This pricing structure allows rental to small and large groups alike, taking into account additional utilities and property wear attributed to a large group of guests. Max Capacity 20 guests.100% of the cleaning fee is paid directly to our team members to provide a living wage. The cleaning fee covers of our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes post-check out cleaning team, pre-check in cleaning & staging team, and 2-hour quality control inspector just before guest arrival.A refundable security deposit in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) is held under each reservation via credit card hold or debit card charge. Prior to check in for any incidents not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Insurance.*** HEATED POOL ***
Our Pool Heating Season is between May 1 and September 30 and the pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees. If you would like to warm the pool up to a max of 85°, there will be a per day fee to cover fuel costs. The fuel cost depends on the air and water temps 48 hours prior to check in. This fee will apply to all nights under the reservation.

If pool heating is requested outside of the Pool Heating Season, daily temps must remain over 35° for the duration of the guest stay and per day fee applies to all nights under the reservation. The daily fuel cost to heat the pool depends on outside air temps, water temps, and fuel costs. 24 hour advanced notice is required and this charge will apply to each night under the reservation. NOTE: If temps drop below 35° we may be unable to heat the pool.

All Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging properties have HVAC UV Light Systems installed to kill bacteria and viruses in the air. We provide no-contact, keyless entry. Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, and fire extinguishers. Some properties may have water leak detection, natural gas leak detection, and/or a fire suppression system. The property is serviced quarterly by a professional exterminator to mitigate pests/insects. However, since this property is in the mountains, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep all insects/pests away from, and out of, the property at all times. The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside any Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging rental properties.***Drift Away™️Luxury Lodging properties are animal-free zones due to very severe allergies.
***Use of fireworks & firearms are prohibited on property and a violation of Fannin County Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance 10-24-2023.*** Jodi & Steve, professional owner/operators of Drift Away™️ Luxury Lodging, are software-connected hosts and API integrated with Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s). This technology allows owners to manage multiple properties across several platforms from one software program. Once booked, you’ll be required to provide your email address and receive a secure portal link to electronically sign the rental agreement, upload a copy of Government-issued ID for renter verification, and provide credit card for the security deposit.
