This cabin has a FANTASTIC, CENTRAL LOCATION, conveniently located just off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. It is nearby everything the area has to offer, including adventure parks, waterparks, rafting, horseback riding, family activities, great restaurants, dinner shows, museums, mountain coasters, moonshine distilleries, country-chic boutiques, and of course, the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK! Even though it is near the action, this cabin has a quiet location and peaceful MOUNTAIN VIEWS. When paired with its sister cabin next door, SMOKY BEAR SPLASH, we can accommodate groups of up to 24!

GREAT ROOM

Sasquatch Splash has a unique, modern floor plan with an open concept, allowing friends and family to enjoy time together while cooking, dining, entertaining and relaxing – whether indoors or outdoors. The great room has vaulted ceilings that let in natural light and a peak at the surrounding mountain views. You can snuggle up on the comfy L-shaped sectional aside a stone fireplace to enjoy TV entertainment on a 65-inch TV with Roku streaming. All smart TV’s in unit are equipped for streaming Roku and local Spectrum cable access.

POOL ROOM

Splash in your very own private indoor pool, where you can enjoy swimming year-round, looking out at gorgeous views of green rolling hills and mountains with total privacy. Relax and enjoy your time together, lounging on an ample wicker sectional while watching a 65-inch smart TV. A truly unique feature of this cabin is that the pool is conveniently located just off the main level via a secure door entry, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids from the living room, dining room or kitchen.

GAME ROOM

Looking for more fun? Play a variety of premium video games in the well-appointed game room offering tons of entertainment, including putt-putt golf, bowling, lawn bags, a 400-game multicade, and a 1000+ game virtual pinball machine. A full-sized EZ Lounger futon also provides space for youngsters to hang out and relax after endless gaming.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM

Getting hungry? Grab a snack or make family-style meals a breeze in the well-appointed, modern gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all of the high-quality cookware, bakeware and serving ware you could possibly need!

Enjoy special touches like a Cuisinart coffeemaker with built-in coffee grinder and single-serve Keurig K-Cup or pods and custom coffee mugs. Enjoy group dinners or play games in the dining room on the extra-large custom-made table which seats 10-12. There is also a large, extendable island in the kitchen providing plenty of preparation space, storage and extra seating for 2. We also provide a Pack and Play, high chair/booster seat and kids dinnerware.

Outdoors, take in the beautiful mountain views under the covered porch, enjoying the fresh mountain air and watching the clouds roll by while sipping your morning coffee or tea. Soak in the relaxing hot tub or strike up a great conversation with friends and family about your hiking, ziplining, horseback riding, or whitewater rafting adventures. Glide effortlessly on the many Adirondack rockers on the porch, sipping a glass of local wine or moonshine. Make your guests’ mouths water with a barbecue of your choice on the digital gas grill.

A truly unique feature of Sasquatch Splash is that it has the best-ever view of Pigeon Forge’s 4th of July Fireworks, right off your front porch! With no obstructions, it feels like the fireworks display was made just for you! Also, just a short walk down the street, you can also see the Dollywood fireworks over the Parkway each and every night.

“Very nice cabin. The pool area perfect for the kids to swim and adults to still keep close eye on them. Great drinking coffee off the porch and a daily visit from a doe walking through each morning and rabbits in the evening. We were there for fourth of July with front row seats for fireworks from our front deck area. Close enough to feel each boom and see the entire show. Amazing experience. Ideal location to be off the beaten path yet close enough to drop down into Pigeon Forge within 3 minutes. Quiet serene area. Plenty of room for three big families.”

“I highly recommend staying @ Sasquatch cabin! It’s right off the main strip, so you’re minutes away from a variety of restaurants & activities. Perfectly tucked away so you still get the beauty of the local landscape. The road in is a short, easy drive; not narrow or up the side of a mountain. The cabin itself was immaculate. Beautifully built, well decorated and fully stocked. Plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out. My family was “Wowed”.
