A short easy drive from downtown Blue Ridge. It is located in a neighborhood with wide easy-to-drive roads.

Other things to note

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor features soaring ceilings, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace (operational October – May), and a dining room. The spacious primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, an ensuite bath, and a private porch. You’ll also find a laundry room, a powder room, a large kitchen, and access to a covered deck equipped with a fireplace and TV.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level offers entertainment with a game room featuring a pool table, kitchenette, and mini fridge, a media room with a sectional sofa and Murphy bed, and a full bathroom. This level also includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace, and a lower patio with a hot tub and cornhole.

SECURITY
A Ring security camera is located on the front porch of the cabin, facing the driveway for safety only. NO cameras are located inside this property.

🛠️ Breeze is located in a new subdivision, and although most of it is built, you will occasionally hear construction noise.

🛌MURPHY bed is only set up for more than 6 guests.
