ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is a short drive down to Ridge Road and then Piney Point Drive to the parking lot. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis. Guests will be able to reserve via Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $15/day or $100/week. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
