When you stay at Holly Hill Lodge, you’re only a few minutes from nearby Weaverville (6 min), a quaint mountain town with good restaurants and the conveniences of small town living, and groceries are right down the road. The Blue Ridge Mountains rise up in every direction from this scenic location. Outdoor adventure is abundant to the north, where you’ll discover such activities as whitewater rafting, ziplining, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail. Popular destinations such as the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District are easily accessible via I-26. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Weaverville and is approximately 13 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,166ft above sea level.

• Noise Ordinance: Holly Hill Lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
