Winding along the mountain ridge above Asheville, Town Mountain Road is a favorite local drive to see beautiful homes with prized views. The Blue Ridge Parkway Folk Art Center and Visitor’s Center are both just a few miles away, and a popular hiking trail is only two minutes from your front door. If bicycling is a priority for you, this is a great spot to start from! A quick trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway will lead you either out into the wilderness where trails and waterfalls await your discovery, or into Asheville, where you’ll find farm-to-table dining establishments, craft breweries, art galleries, and a vibrant music scene. Local attractions such as the Biltmore Estate and River Arts District are also close enough for an afternoon jaunt. • Beautiful views often take extra work to get to! The driveway at Magnolia Mountain is a narrow, steep decline from the road. We strongly recommend that guests park at the top and walk down to the house. Thankfully it’s a short walk! Guests are fully responsible for any damages to the property or to their own vehicles resulting from the use of the driveway.
• Travel Insurance Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider travelers insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 31 days before arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
