Location Details
Discover the magic of the mountains at Sunrise Ridge! Enjoy a visit to Waynesville, NC, a scenic 25-minute drive away, offering shopping along Main Street’s tree-lined brick sidewalks and in the recently revitalized historic Frog Level district, home of the celebrated Frog Level Brewing Company. Outdoor activities in the area include whitewater rafting, fly fishing, cycling on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and hiking the Cataloochee Divide Trail. A park entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just seven miles down the road. In winter months, spend a day skiing and snowboarding at Cataloochee Ski Area, a 17 mile drive from the house. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Waynesville and is approximately 45 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,580ft above sea level.

Important Property Notes
• 4WD/AWD and Travel Insurance Recommended in Winter
During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access Sunrise Ridge. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. We ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
•Seasonal Gas Fireplaces
Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Noise Ordinance and Road Noise
Sunrise Ridge is located in a quiet community and is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the back deck. While the home is surrounded by trees, road noise is audible.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 31 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
