Your private retreat awaits at Lazy Days. Tucked away on three private wooded acres, this mountain cabin has all you need for a memorable vacation. We are conveniently located minutes from the historic cities of Helen and Dahlonega and close to many wedding venues, wineries, hiking trails, river rafting and lots more fun attractions.

Front Porch

As you drive up to your private retreat you are welcomed by a wrap around porch with a dual bench and table. Around the corner is the covered Gazebo and hot tub. String lights set the mood at night for a relaxing soak with a glass of wine. Gazebo connects to the back porch where you will find three rocking chairs. The other side of the wrap around porch leads to a private entrance to the bedroom on the main level.

Great Room

The two-story vaulted ceiling great room is the main gathering place. There is a dining table with seating for six under the rustic chandelier. The kitchen is off to the left with four additional bar stools. Lounge in style after a long day on the expansive reclining leather sectional with seating for ten while watching the 55-inch smart TV mounted on the floor to ceiling stacked stone fireplace. TV is set to Roku guest mode so you can log into all your streaming accounts. In the fall you can enjoy the gas fireplace.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is a chef’s dream with all new stainless-steel appliances including a glass top induction cooktop. You will find calphalon cookware and all the utensils needed to make dinner. Salt, pepper, cooking oil and limited seasonings are provided. The black granite countertop has lots of space to prep and additional seating for four at the bar. A fully stocked coffee bar with coffee, hot chocolate, and a select variety of teas. The dual brew coffee machine provides the choice of k-cup or drip brews. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with all white dishware, cutlery, and glasses for all your drinking needs. You will find chilled mugs in the freezer for your beverage of choice.

Bedrooms

Lazy Days boasts three ensuite bedrooms on each level. The layout is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The main level bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area and a walk-in closet. Upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with a dedicated workspace. The terrace level bedroom also has a queen bed. Bunk beds are located in the game room for the kids. A small adult may sleep on the bottom bunk. Upgraded 100% cotton linens throughout all the bedrooms. Full length mirrors throughout.

Bathroom

All bathrooms are connected to bedrooms (ensuites). Master bath includes a jetted jacuzzi tub and supplies for a relaxing bath. We’ve gone green and provide in shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Luxurious 100% cotton towels and bath robes are provided for your use during your stay. Washer and dryer located in terrace level bathroom.

Game Room

The game room is designed for you to kick back, relax, and create memories. There is ample seating for everyone in front of the 55-inch TV for movie night or game night. The pool table and wall-mounted connect four game is sure to bring on hours of fun. Several board games and puzzles provided however feel free to bring your favorites.

Take a stroll out back to relax on the lower deck or fire up the grill for some grub. The firepit is perfect for smores, watching the stars or just relaxing after a long day of adventures.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and all amenities.

There is one locked closet and two locked utility rooms that are off limits.

Lazy Days is a three-level cabin with stairs at the front porch.

Other things to note

No Smoking allowed at our cabin.
No pets allowed.
The road to the cabin is mostly paved with a small stretch that is gravel and accessible by any vehicle.
Our cabin is one of two on the shared driveway, we are located at the end of the driveway.
There are two ring motion activated cameras at the front and back of cabin for the safety and protection of our guests.
